Everything!, the hotel is very beautiful, the room is nice and spacious, the producto they use are environmentally friendly, breakfast was great!!, their staff great!!!, they where also very friendly and nice with this loving and beautiful street dog, that says a lot about them in the good way :). Also how close it is to the main part of downtown, and at the same time far enough to have a quiet sleep.

A few of the staff on the front desk tried hard, but their English was limited. The hotel is across the street from two excellent restaurants, 150m from a Carrefour and 300m from Manaus' best shopping center. The renovated rooms on the first floor facing the pool are classified as "deluxe" (which they are not), but the mattresses and showers are adequate, the A/C works and the rooms are close to the gym (meh) and the pool (fine).
