The owners are very friendly with every-one of their guests, making sure they're greeting everyone in their native language. It's amazing how they make you feel at home speaking your language from day one. They help with parking and ski passes, and guide everyone to make the most of their stay in Leukerbad. The room and breakfast are nice. The thermal opens from 9 am to 7 pm, with a very nice view of mountains and snow.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was 10/10 with amazing views of the mountain. Speaking of views, our room had a huge window which opened fully to the grand view of the snow capped mountains. We were very happy with our stay

Acomodation was amazing: excellent room and toilet space, amazing Mountain View, good price for thermal tickets (in one of the most beautiful ones and also very close, 10min walking) Good breakfast, not the best but very good and staff is incredible 💕 the photo is from the balcony

Location is very central. Clean hotel with comfortable rooms and views. Breakfast was good with good varieties. Staff / Owner not only very helpful but also very understanding.

Staff was amazing, very close to walk to town center and 100M to the cable car. Good breakfast. Option for parking. Room had a great view of the Gemmipass and nice quiet balcony.
