The location was beautiful! We had an amazing view of Lago Villarrica from our apartment! Breakfast was brought to us every day and it was very generous! The staff was extremely friendly and responsive - everything was perfect and we had a lovely stay - great value, too! The whole property is well kept inside and out. Very clean and comfortable !

Nice location on the Main Street where you kind find varies restaurant and supermarket nearby. 15 minutes walking from the lake. The Hostress is really nice and she gave up an upgrade of the room for free because of that the original room that we reserved was not clean up ready when we arrived early to the hotel. Love the breakfast which is quite delicious.

Stunning! Large, beautifully furnished and comfortable room with a breathtaking view over the lake! The best shower in Chile! A quick drive to Pucón, so great location as well. The hotel is gorgeous, with an honesty bar, delicious breakfast and attentive, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!

Stunning lakefront property. We came here on our honeymoon and could not recommend enough. Pucon really was an amazing town. Josephine at the front desk was so helpful and even stayed past her shift to help us decide what local activities we should do!

Exceptional. Customer service was excellent quality. They let us store our luggage. Breakfast buffet was also great. Lots of options. More like American breakfast buffet. Breakfast from 8:30-10:30, could coordinate with them an earlier breakfast. Room was clean and comfy, with heater in mini split. Only thing to consider is there's is no elevator and we were on 3rd floor, so had to carry suitcases up and down.

Great location, meticulously clean, and friendly and helpful staff. There are ever native English speakers on staff, totally awesome. Breakfast was Chilean style with ham, cheese, bread and fruit. It was so great to wake up every morning with volcano views!
