The location was great, In the middle of the black forest, the rooms were very big, clean and with everything needed, the place offers great breakfast and exceptional diner, also some good Italian restorant neer by and supermarket but the thing that made it exceptional was the service, the place is managed by Emanuel that was always there for us with a smile for everything needed, and some time offering it before we even ask! Amazing stay and very well recommended!!!

Everything was sooo great! Ana was super nice and welcoming, the location is just perfect - beautiful small village between the mountains, magic forest around, (full of blueberries in July), close to many places to visit with the family and kids, the apartment was super clean, everything you need in the kitchen, we also got the barbeque which was super tasty with a lot of food and salads, I'm sure we will back here again, highly recommending! I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived until the time I left. I did not need to use the little German I know as English was spoken. Breakfast was very good, with an outstanding selection. The evening meals provided at the weekend were excellent. The local ski slope was within walking distance but unfortunately was not in use due to a lack of snow but I used the Feldberg slopes which, (by car) are only 10 minutes or so away. In a number of ways the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in a number of ways.

We arrived very late due to train delays and there were no buses left to take us to the property. we called and they organised a transport for us to the property. The bus stop to go to the ski area is very close and easy to navigate. They explained the benefits of city tax that we have never heard of like included transportation among other things. We had a really good stay.
