Felt very comfortable as LGBT couple upon arrival got asked for a single or double bed. Just a good nod! Great food/bar service and so friendly. Very accessible to get to attractions, staff were great at pointing out areas to get too. We even got an upgrade on room and just waited a little while longer for it so faced the front, was really lovely seeing out to the streetscape.

The staff service was the best I have experience! Since I arrived, Adam was so attentive that he accompanied me to the parking garage, which was few streets away from the hotel and I did not know the area. Allan and Adrian, and a lady in the counter (sorry, I forgot the name) were always available, gentile, and assisted us at all times. Definitively, we will go to this hotel the next time we visit Barcelona.

Very nice hotel situated near to city center. We don’t used metro or taxi, all what we wanted to see we visited on foot (Parc de la Ciutadella, Plaça Catalunya, Arenas de Barcelona, Montjuïc National Palace, beaches, Gardens of Mossèn Costa i Llobera, etc.) Hotel is very nice and renovated in modern design. We stay here during our vacation with our 6 months baby and receptionist was perfect. On our arrival we had some payment issue but mistake was on my side, during checking payment the receptionist let us into the room because of the baby - I really appreciate it ! Room was beautiful, clean with view into the courtyard. Coffee, tea or water with mini muffins for free in "coffee corner". We really enjoied our stay in this hotel, we highly recommend and hope to return here. Thanks to the team of Hotel Omnium
