Probably one of the best locations in Grange for both the view and access to the promenade, we had a marvellous view of the bay from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good.

Our stay at Somerset house was amazing. The host is welcoming. I would hugely recommend this B&B. The host serves more than scrumptious breakfast with more options than I expected. The house is kept well and room was spacious and clean. Overall area is also good, just 20-25 mins drive from Winderemere.

The evening meal and breakfast were both beautifully cooked and the atmosphere in the dining room is nice and relaxing. I chatted to quite a few people. The room was really lovely and the bed comfortable. I was also blessed with beautiful weather, the sunset and sunrise were both gorgeous over the estuary. I couldn't t stop taking photographs. It was a very comfortable room and had a nice bathroom. The food was lovely. It came hot and lots of it. The breakfast was nice too. There was bits in the bar that you can help yourself and a full English breakfast. Manager was very knowledgeable about the area and other places. Nice place to stay

Nice cosy room and clean, seen some bad reviews saying rooms were dirty and old, i say if you go on holiday and complain about a tiny bit of dust or paint flaking you need to get a life! Ate in the restaurant on the night, lovely food and huge portions, breakfast was lovely too, would defo return.
