Booking in was easy even though I arrived earlier than stated. The staff were polite, helpful and courteous. The view from my room was excellent and the location was also excellent. The breakfast was outstanding.

The staff make this place such a memorable amazing experience. They were very friendly, accommodating, professional and welcoming. We missed breakfast due to checking out early but were given a bacon & Glamorgan sandwich to go and offered tea & coffee. We will definitely be back again.
