The host David was a lovely person who took great care of us at serving breakfast and answering to inquiries. The B&B was absolutely adorable with its attention to details from the Christmas decorations, to the sweets on your bedside table to the earplugs and sewing thread in the drawer. Every little thing was thought of.

Matthew was an amazing host. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh fruit, cereal and yoghurt first, followed with a choice of three cooked breakfasts. They really set you up for the day. The bedroom was spacious and bed very comfortable. It was spotless, would have no hesitation in recommending.

Totally beyond expectation. The room is large and clean. Very professional service and friendly stuffs. Would definitely come to stay here again next time. Besides, they provide super delicious food. The pork belly might be the best one I’ve ever tried.

The location is perfect! Rooms are clean. Staffs are kind and friendly. Breakfast is good. It was one of the best places we stayed so far. We did not stay in a room with sea view, but you can definitely consider a room with view. The view of hotel is remarkable!

5 star accommodation 5 star breakfast 5 star hosts The accommodation was exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. It was situated in a quiet area , overlooking the sea front, within walking distance of the town centre , theatres , shops and restaurants. There was no parking on site , but there was plenty of parking in the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend it.

This is a lovely guesthouse in Eastbourne. It is walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The room is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. My host provided helpful information about the area, including a hike along the Seven Sisters. They offer a number of breakfast choices. I went with the full English breakfast, which was delicious and very filling.

Comfortable room and bed,excellent shower.Well cooked breakfast. Good situation off of the seafront and just a short walk into the town centre.Nice extras-cold air fan,fan heater and 'honesty' bar. Amenable hosts.

The cute Guest House is run by a very friendly couple. We felt absolutely welcome from the start. The house is beautifully decorated and the rooms are clean. You can put together your own English breakfast and there is a large selection of delicious things, which are freshly prepared. If you are good on foot, you can reach the city center fairly quickly. We would definitely book again if we return to Eastbourne.
