Located 200 yards from the beach, The Beach House is a Grade II listed Victorian mansion which features panoramic views of the Isle of Wight and The Needles. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as free on-site parking and a terrace.

The history and ambience of the building itself as well as the view from the (breakfast) restaurant, the garden etc. We got a room facing the car park and road but albeit us generally being sensitive to outside sound it did not blemish our stay at all. Beds were made for dreams and bathroom was super. The staff was very service minded and caring. We travelled by public transport and with a bus stop just opposite the location is ideal. Breakfast as well as the local fish meal we had were fantastic. Good kettle and Coffee, tea and biscuits in ample supply

The Cornwallis Suite, with its own bar area and separate entrance, is able to cater for parties, weddings and conferences for up to 150 guests.

Location, staff, nicely equipped room, good menu and excellent food, lots of outdoor seating and a top priority for us - South Lawn is so dog friendly. The doggie exercise paddock is a big bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.

I thought this was a really lovely property. I was travelling on my own for only the second time and was a little apprehensive but Kizzie was there to welcome me and to answer any queries.
