Lovely location. Gardens were just our cup of tea. Very relaxed. Evening meal superb. Two of the bar/ restaurant staff were amazing.....the lovely foreign lady with the glasses and the guy with the suit who completely ran the bar and restaurant by themselves from what we could see. Cleaning staff in the morning were really lovely too.

Staff very friendly and helpful, I stayed a few weeks ago and this time upgraded to executive room I’m not sure it was worth the extra, the bed great size but quite hard and pillows rather thin. Breakfast was average . The location is lovely and plenty of places to sit outside.

Lovely room with view over garden. Good bar area and the food was delicious. It could be a romantic place to stay but it would depend on how many large groups they had staying eg. Conference groups or golfing groups. Absolutely not a problem for us though.
