Hope next time I come you'll get to manager level position. Also thank to Roxana who keeps the breakfast area sharp and shiny. My room was just perfect, big and clean, with a nice view, super comfort king size bed, everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The pool (and the whole gym & spa) is great as well. When it comes to breakfast, it fulfilled my expectations from a hotel of this reputation. I love the roof top, wish I could stayed and just chilled more there.

Loved everything! The vintage feel of the hotel, the friendly staff, the big rooms (we had 2) and all the facilities in the rooms. Loved the vintage and spacious furniture too, so many drawers and hangers to store stuff. Breakfast was a typical English breakfast and the staff were really helpful. The rooms we stayed in were impeccably clean and room service was well done. The area was super calm and close to a theatre and a quiet marketplace with vendors selling exotic and local delicacies. It is just by the Swiss Cottage underground station that makes it easy to get everywhere. Would definitely come back here.
