Location is perfect. It's very close to the villiages around windermere which we visited during 3 days of stay. The park itself is quiet and my caravan is 2 min walk from a petrol station with an express store which opens 24/7. The property is smartly designed. It is not as big as I thought in terms of square metres but each room and facility is useful. Very clean. My family and I all had good rest during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn't find the control panel to turn on the heating system and I called their out-of-office-hour number in the evening the second day. The man said he would arrive in 20 mins from another location after trying to help via phone. Fortunately we found the panel which was behind the curtain in the living room and I called him back to avoid an unnecessary drive. Really a good service!

The chalet is very big with all facilities Included . The WiFi is good . It is very near to all the major attractions. We covered Windermere, Bowness , Ambleside, and Keswick in 3 days . We wish to come back .

Location of hotel to all attractions, brilliant staff Who are always helpful and courteous. Hotel well equipped for all requests no matter how small. Staff go the extra mile for guests. Went for piece and quiet and got exactly that.

The Swan Hotel and Spa at Newby Bridge was a delight. The hotel itself is in a beautiful setting by the river and historic bridge. We had a room overlooking the river and we enjoyed watching the ducks and swans. The hotel decor is stunning, the staff welcoming, helpful and friendly and our room was comfortable and warm. We enjoyed a delicious and plentiful breakfast in the dining room and ate in the dining room each night. We enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool. There is also a spa, sauna, and steam room. It was very clean and towels were provided as well as bath robes which were in the rooms. We drove for several minutes to the Lakeside pier to catch the tourist boat to Bowness. The hotel catered very well for a member of our family with a disability providing her with a ground floor room (no stairs) and an accessible shower and very easy access into the dining and lounge area (again no stairs). This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip.

Probably one of the best locations in Grange for both the view and access to the promenade, we had a marvellous view of the bay from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good.

room excellent bathroom the same. Selection for breakfast was very good. Dinner was great ,the fillet steak excellent.
