For my needs this was a great location, easy free parking options, 8 mins walk to local shops and restaurants and the room was very spacious and nicely put together. Comfortable bed and nice large shower were the top features for me. Very generous and well stocked tea / coffee facilities as well. I'd definitely stay again. Great value for price.

One of the best hotel spas we've been to in England! The place is really well maintained, has all the charms of yesteryears but the conveniences of today. I especially enjoyed the pool, wish I could've swam more! The food was also really lovely, haven't seen a delicious breakfast spread like that in ages.

The location is perfect, overlooking the town square and a five minute walk to Arundel Castle. The parking is right on property so it is very convenient, but you do have to pay extra. There are several different common areas and dining areas, all of which are very charming. I very much enjoyed my meal and drinks at the Norfolk Bar. Best gin & tonics I have had in England.
