We absolutely loved it. We stayed in the Shepherd's Hut. We thought the added touch of having the use of a fire pit and logs just on the porch was lovely. Great shower, comfy bed and very well equppied kitchen. Harriet was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was wonderful, it had character and charm. Our room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. All the facilities were good and replenished every day. Over our four day stay we met lots of different members of staff all were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and very tasty.
