Excellent location and very spacious rooms. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the midlevel escalators so it's very easy to get around. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area.

We got a room upgrade and had wonderful harbour to city to mountain views. The suite was elegantly designed with lots of wood, which made it feel super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there celebrating my husband's birthday, with great food and an amazing bathtub! Thanks to The Upper House team for pampering us!

Splendid property - Tonnes of old world charm. Terrific location, and the most hospitable staff I have ever met. They personally greet you and remember all the tiny details. Steve, the General Manager was very kind and Vicki Chan at Cafe Causette was so attentive and thoughtful.

Hotel is very new, modern and stylish. Everything in bathroom was working. Hyatt level! Bar has live music performances in the evening - singing european and british hit songs. Coctails are somewhat interesting but pricey. View from the room is incredible - panoramic view on the bay!

We lived everything about the ICON Hotel. I travel regularly to Hong Kong on business and have stayed in hotels on the island twice the price and even then, the ICON Hotel in many ways was better. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the rooms very well laid out, great views and everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

We had a late evening flight so concierge were extremely helpful in storing our luggage when we checked out of our room and we loved the fact we were able to use the shower in the fitness centre before heading off to the airport. Lovely views from the roof top pool. Ate in the Cruise restaurant where food and service was great and they offer several deals throughout the week

The first one we had no space for our bags. It was either the bags or us. The units have private bathroom, but don't expect to have a relaxing shower as it wont happen. You will wash yourself on the top of the WC. Everything was clean though, dated but clean. Location is very good and well connected. I can't complain as we new it would be a budget stay, as we only needed a place to sleep after a day trip to Macau.

The hotel upgraded our room to a platinum room, which was lovely. We really enjoyed the lovely living room area, the huge comfy bed and the beautiful bathroom with the massive bath. The hotel was located conveniently, just a minute away from the airport bus coming into the city and a few minutes’ walk for the airport bus leaving the city. It was also in a very interesting area and a great home base to explore the city.
