Definitely staff! Especially staff from the restaurant. They made us feel really special every day and made our stay so enjoyable. The second highlight of our stay was the room and the view, absolutely stunning. We felt truly immersed in tropical rainforest, which was so relaxing. And the view from the restaurant... was the prettiest view to the valley that we have seen in Bali. The hotel itself is so beautiful, we didn't even have a chance to explore everything. Yes, there were small details that would need some renovation (visible from the pool), but it didn't have any impact on our overall impression. Everyone was super nice and helpful, the hotel was amazing, we cannot say it enough (we even considered coming back there for 2 extra nights at the end of our vacation). It surely is a place to come back to! Big thank you to the kindest staff, you are the best!
