+ Staff were always so accomodating + Extremely responsive, communication was the fastest I've received from a hotel before! + My friend and I had a wedding to attend and whilst our room didnt have a full length mirror for us to get ready, the staff offered us to use the main lobby/ seating area with a huge mirror - thank you so much for allowing us to use your space! + Organised transport for us to reach our hotel and easily checked us in when our flight arrived at 10:30pm, and arrived at our hotel at midnight + The pool was so clean and well maintained + Rooms are exceptionally spacious and comfortable + Air conditioning worked well, all other amenities met our needs Could not recommend this stay more! Run by family and staff who truly care about their guest's needs!

Me and my wife had an exceptional stay at Adila Bali , its such a peaceful and calming place with a wonderful view. The room is clean & staff is very helpful and friendly . We will definitely come back again 🙏🏼

We just loved our stay at Kirana Ungasan because it is a gem hidden and located off of the chaos and noise. It is very peaceful, quite and calm. The BEST part is its unique structure. It is nothing Hi-fi type but yet all the vibes of being at a hi-fi place! Worth every penny you ll spend! Definitely recommend it. Special shout out to the night shift employee mr.wayaan who was so helpful and informative in regards to offering whatever help/info i requested. Over all, all the staff was great but i dealt with him the most therefore he stole the show. Thank you #teamkirana ♥️

It’s so quiet, the rooms are clean, the towels and sheets smell great, a little kitchen is attached to the back of the bungalow I stayed in. Such good value.

I enjoyed the location of the property. Although it’s in a quiet area, the hotel provides free shuttle service to the beach. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

The rooms are big and amazing, very villa Bali style with a spectacular view. The staff was always attentive and caring. Super lovely and kind people. And I always felt safe.

Great location as it’s off the beaten track but also close enough to the main strip in uluwatu. It’s extremely peaceful and the property looks great. The staff were professional but also very friendly. Highly recommend staying here.
