i booked for myself and 4 others. unfortunately I fell ill and did not make it to Ireland that same morning of checkin. My friends who I booked for the other two rooms were exuberant aboiut their great stay. However I tried to cancel as i was stuck in hospital in usa and never made it over but still charged for the room.

Hotel was beautiful, clean, brilliantly helpful staff, comfortable beds and lovely room. Also, they have a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport that comes every half an hour and is a great service. We used it a few times as you can also get buses into the centre from the airport. We were allowed to check in early and the breakfast selection is amazing!

My key didn’t work twice, so sadly couldn’t enjoy my free upgrade, however the room I got at the third attempt was still lovely and very clean. We were automatically upgraded to one of its sister hotels 2 minutes walk along the road for the same price. The Crowne Plaza Hotel another IGH hotel, was amazing. All the boxes ticked. Comfiest bed and lovely facilities. Breakfast to suit all needs was delicious and plentiful. Some instances like this turn out for the best.
