The central, boutique-style Cassidys Hotel has a bar, bistro, and a restaurant . It is located at the top of O'Connell Street, opposite Gate Theatre.

Cassidys has a relaxed restaurant, furnished with rich mahogany panelling and leather seating. It serves modern Irish cuisine, and traditional breakfasts are also served each morning.

I love the Cassidys Hotel but should have specials for regulars booking there. Prices just went sky high and basic not affordable

Yeliz was my first contact in hotel. What a lovely person. I had an issue with checking my flight etc. The patience the girl showed me was way beyond expectation. She was very kind and did not rush me in the process. Really hope when I stay there again that she will be my first contact again. Don't know the name of the gentleman that did the cleaning on my floor. He was very helpful.

A real touch of luxury, quality of bedroom, lovely wardrobes even though not really necessary for one night were appreciated.Lovely bar and restaurant with very nice food .attention to detail was excellent especially given most people only there for one night. We would definitely use again if in area and would use holiday Inn elsewhere due to our positive experience.

Arrived and was told that the Holiday Inn express had been taken over by IHG so we had been upgraded to the Crowne Plaza next door! Hotel was beautiful, clean, brilliantly helpful staff, comfortable beds and lovely room. Also, they have a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport that comes every half an hour and is a great service. We used it a few times as you can also get buses into the centre from the airport. We were allowed to check in early and the breakfast selection is amazing!

For an airport hotel very good! The staff was very friendly, check in was a pleasant experience. My key didn’t work twice, so sadly couldn’t enjoy my free upgrade, however the room I got at the third attempt was still lovely and very clean. Food at the Lounge was good too, overall I would return!

Holiday Inn was actually closed. We were automatically upgraded to one of its sister hotels 2 minutes walk along the road for the same price. The Crowne Plaza Hotel another IGH hotel, was amazing. All the boxes ticked. Comfiest bed and lovely facilities. Breakfast to suit all needs was delicious and plentiful. Some instances like this turn out for the best.
