Everything. Staff are very professional. Easy check in/out. Breakfast are really good . They tailor my stay to my needs even helping me with t.v channels . I love the balcony and all the views from various windows . Exceeded expectations when they brought complimentary coffee one day, delicious pizza another and a cold bottle of water for the road when I left. Refrigerator in room and excellent working a/c are definitely appreciated. Good hygiene. Above all, I feel safe

we stayed here for 4 nights in Dec 22 and loved it. The food was excellent, the open courtyard in the middle of the building was gorgeous. It can be quite warm even here in winter so the fans certainly helped. We used their sister hotels pool a couple of times which was rooms was great. Would definitely return.

Rooms were clean and spacious - had a look at one of the bigger rooms with the balcony and they were even nicer. Definitely worth taking if more than one person. The hotel was clean, friendly and homey - I liked returning there to be greeted by the staff. The pool on the top was very nice - a refreshing place to cool off. And the terrace around it was lovely for the evening, either for dinner, or to read a book, relax. Staff were helpful and friendly. Arranged transfer at a reasonable cost.

The hotel was lovely and quiet, and the dining room was pleasant. The breakfasts were always delicious, as was the lunch we had there the first day. The staff were always polite and helpful, Shankar and Riswana were always ready to assist with our car arrangements, suggestions for restaurants, and also organized a scooter rental which was fun! Thanks again for a lovely stay! We'll be back.
