The location is great, close to the airport, but far enough not to be bothered by the noise of the airplanes. Our room was very spacious and extremely clean! There are parking spots right in front of the rooms windows. Breakfast was good, left at our choice for the morning with different options. The staff was really friendly!

This was the last stay of our five day trip. Came in late, but the host was kid enough to wait for us and made us feel welcome. Room was more like a flat. Super large beds with warm and cozy bedding kept us warm and helped to sleep well even though it was 17 degrees inside. We could have used the heater, but didn't have the mood and energy for it. The kitchen lady agreed to prepare breakfast an hour earlier than usual as we had an early flight. Freshly baked cinnamon buns was something we didn't expect to be ready because of all the earliness! Tasty coffee and all the usual Italian breakfast belongings. We're not a pro-italian-breakfast family, but this was good. Would search for available rooms again if I needed to stay near Orio airport. Oh, and my wife even negotiated a few pieces of delicious cheese! Aaaand the interior of the whole building is very nicely made. Classy place.
