Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped; staff is very professional and friendly, attentive to guests; attractive, interesting Muranese-themed decor in public rooms - all in good taste w/comfort and intimacy in mind; small fitness area by reservation only - good eqpmt; very good bar+terrace; also interior bar which is more intimate (lovely barman!); airport transfer. And location is excellent (if you want a quieter stay than in central Venice (only short boat ride to Venice, purchased ticket required), ambiance of Murano is interesting/authentic). Overall, a very good experience. we recommend.

The price for the private room with bathroom was reasonable, the room condition was beyond expectation and it was cleaned every day. The owner and all the staff were very kind and explained well about everything we asked. There were all the basic things we needed, such as towels and hairdryers. The room size was pretty wide and comfortable, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The cat was so cute, and I felt good every time I entered the beautiful garden of the hotel. Located in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood, it took less than two minutes to walk from the Fondamonte Nove station. There were many good restaurants nearby, and the Rialto Bridge is very close. I highly recommend staying here!
