I don't even know where to start. The breakfast was really good, simple and regular but very complete and tasty. The room was spacious enough, super clean, we had a nice balcony to the back of the property and the swimming pool and garden are extremely relaxing. There are shadows, sunbeds, the area is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. The pool is not big but nice to chill and refresh inside, we were allowed to bring the breakfast outside as well. The location is perfect in a way that the closest beach in around 30-40 minutes walking, there are shops and cafes/restaurants around a 5 min walking away, and still the best of this place is the staff. The staff was SIMPLY AMAZING, extremely friendly and super helpful. They helped with renting a scooter for our overall stay, always available for anything needed, and in the last day we needed to leave before the breakfast time due to our flight and they even prepared us some food to bring with us. I have no words to describe how that made us feel, really. One more thing - the location is perfect as it is very easy to reach by bus from Olbia Airport.

The restaurant and pool area are excellent, nice set up and super friendly staff. The food is amazing. The room was decent, the bathroom too. The building is nice (hacienda style).

Beautiful hotel. Lovely grounds within easy walking distance of the beach. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Comfortable room with nice bathroom. Lovely pool area with additional jacuzzi. Very friendly staff.

Although it wasn't quite close to the sea, the residence has apartments over-viewing the town with an impressive view to it and the Tavolara island. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities one would expect when on vacation. The staff was ready to help at any time. There're restaurants, shops and supermarkets all around. I highly recommend the pizzas made by Orca, up the same street.

Since we checked In everything went perfect. They made us a room upgrade which was very nice! The location is very Convenient. Around the hotel you can find a supermarket, pharmacy and some nice restaurants, Breakfast was very good however it was the same every morning but we liked it, the staff is very helpful, gentle and responsive. We definitely recommend to stay at this nice property for a nice and peaceful vacation.

+ Location. Just a few steps from the sea, only a few minutes ride to the most beautiful beaches nearby, walking distance to the town center. + Private parking. This was a big plus, because it might be little hard to find a free spot on the street. + Kind and helpful staff. You feel very welcome here. Also, their local recommendations were really spot on! + Breakfast. It was modest, but 100% fresh and tasty, with delicious coffee served with a smile - and that’s all I need in the morning :)

This is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at, I never wanted to leave: The views were stunning, breakfast and lunch was incredible, all of the staff were so kind and helpful. Would rate this a 15/10 if I could! Will hopefully be back to stay soon.

Very comfortable and clean room with a great view of sea. Personal were bery friendly and helpful. 5 minutes walking to the beach, supermarket and restaurant.

Pool was amazing, water was warm enough. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean. The location is very good, not far from Olbia, beach is 5min by car. There is also a hotel bus, that can take you to the beach. Sun beds are very expensive in the peak season, but hotel provides a discount for guests.
