was outside of Montepluciano but a quick drive to it. Obviously need a rental car to enjoy property fully. We stayed in the Apartment which was two bedroom, two bathroom and full kitchen. 45 minute drive to Montalcino. closer to Sienna and Pienza.

We like the room, extra clean (they are cleaning the room everyday, changing towels etc.), the staff was very nice and friendly, lots of parking spaces, wonderful outside terrace, italian breakfast, our Beagle was happy (pet friendly hotel), beautiful area (we recommend Pienza, Val d'Orcia, all off Tuscany, the local Montepulciano wine). We loved it so much that we extend the stay. Just loved it!!!

Room was as described on listing. Staff did not speak English however this was not a problem, check in was smooth. Parking was available at the back of the hotel, and well situated. 15 minute walk to supermarket and main restaurants. Wifi was OK, dropped in and out at times but usable. I'm assuming there once was a restaurant in the hotel that has now closed, as the towels and bathmats we were given were in fact linen tablecloths and napkins. We stayed here to drive around towns in Tuscany and it was a good location, you can drive to Montepulciano in about 15 minutes.

Surroundings was very beautifal, amazing place, somewhere in the walleys. Room was very nice. Clean and even some complimentary Coffee and Milk. And bisquits, Kids loves it. And all the things you need to have Italian Coffee, you have from the house. Even a complimentary bottle of Montepulciano red wine, too good. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone. Restaurant nesr was very good. You can play pingis in the ground. Very good beds and complimentary Shampoo and stuff.

Very friendly owners, made us feel right at home. Excellent breakfast, very good coffee. The spa is amazing! The hotel seems brand new (it is recently renovated), everything is modern and offers optimum comfort. Definitely a place to return, serves as an excellent base to explore the beautiful region.
