It is a beautiful, restored Palazzo which was within walking distance of the center of Florenz ( a bit uphill but great after all the yummy Italian food) but the bonus was that when you crossed the street and went up, it was completly quiet after a very beautiful but very busy and full city. The service team is very friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants around the area, which was a great help and good. The beds were super comfy and the facilities were in good condition and very clean. Housekeeping came every day( I even think they changed the sheets daily amazing).
