From the first contact with Colin we knew we were going to be in good hands! Exceptional service! The warm welcome, even a complimentary welcome drink while he explained everything we may be interested in around the area. The breakfast each morning --- WOW!!! --- The beautiful gardens, magnificent Morula tree with the 'Old Man's Beard' (or as I named it Angels Hair) The lovely homely feel of having a sherry as a nightcap in the lounge, sharing the adventures of the day with like minded guests, in the evenings. Colin's parents - Derick and Hettie - what exceptional hosts. There is literally NOTHING which we felt was a negative. We have no doubt whatsoever that we will book to stay at Wetlands Guesthouse on any future visits to St Lucia. Thank you Derick, Hettie, Colin, all your staff, and the other guests especially tour guide Norman Kok - for making our stay so special.

We arrived very early, way before check-in time to ask if we could put some stuff in the fridge. But the host readily let us check in directly. The lodge is very well located and sharply priced. The adjacent trail is strongly recommended for any bird lover!!

The breakfast was excellent with both continental and a full English all cooked to order. The views from the balcony are amazing of the sea and coast line.

Very quiet and comfortable property and cabin with great views from the pool deck. The pool is amazing to refresh yourself in the heat. Everything we needed was provided for, even service is included in the price! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! We had such a great time! Saint Lucia and especially its surrounding wild areas are incredible!
