Penelope was perfect! Room was lovely and well decorated. Easy to access and comfortable. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. We had a lovely time there! She helped us so much throughout our stay and even helped us find another apartment for the night after.

Fabulous gardens surrounding the property, located a very short walk to the centre of Stellenbosch and its many restaurants/other facilities. Staff were very friendly, the room was plenty big enough, very clean and well designed. Breakfast variety was very good too and can be enjoyed on the outdoor seating areas overlooking the gardens. Free parking available with everything feeling super safe.

Breathtaking views in the pool area. It felt like a treat to be able to hang out there and relax. short walk to beautiful wineries like Takara and Delaire Graffe. Staff were helpful in making reservations and renovations. The welcome drinks and cheese platter were a nice touch.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. i travelled with a toddler who has multiple food allergies and the kitchen went at extra mile to make him food that doest exist in their menu and have it ready on time at all times during our week long stay. The team of managers and lower level staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and ALWAYS willing to help. Upon check in, my bank card dint go through, the bank system was temporarily down. i had flown across three countries to get to Stellenbosch, both me and my toddler were extremely tired. The front desk manager allowed us to check in and get comfortable and arranged my 2yr olds special food with the kitchen. By the time we came down for dinner the my card was back to functioning as normal and i was able to complete my transaction. Just the fact that they let me do this goes to show how much they care. An overall 10/10 experience for us, i will not be looking at other hotels in stellenbosch for my next trip, looks like i have found THE PLACE and recommend it to everyone looking for the most ideal place in stellenbosch town. Also want to mention how perfectly located it is. you can safely walk around the hotel, some beautiful shops and cafes around.
