The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!

Everything was exceptional! Both check in and check out were fast and smooth, the close proximity to the metro station was super convenient. We were amazed by the vast choices at the breakfast buffet and how wonderful the buffet looked, you can also order additional things such as freshly made eggs etc. The room was spacious and came with complimentary mini bar drinks and snacks which were refilled daily, as well as a tea set with two local types of tea and a Nespresso coffee machine. On top of that there was a coffee machine, an iced tea, and a pot of hot tea in the hotel lobby and every afternoon they would be accompanied by a variety of freshly made snacks and sweet treats such as sandwiches, french fries, onion rings and chicken nuggets, cream puffs, oatmeal with yoghurt and fresh fruit. The staff were very attentive and super friendly, some of them can speak english. We were absolutely stunned by everything this hotel offered, we‘ll be back for sure.

Wonderful view of the lake from the room window, good facilities, very helpful staff. It is expensive but worth every penny.

Located in the central hub of Ningbo and just beside the HSBC, Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Ningbo is only 5 minutes' stroll away from Ningbo Railway Station and a 15-minute walk from the bustling... Very close to the station great service, the breakfast layout was also very nice

Great view of the coast, and very helpful staff in accommodating a last-minute adjustment to our schedule. This is clearly one of the nice hotels in the area, so it's a great option for an extended stay in Zhoushan

Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Wetland Park Resort ตั้งอยู่ติดกับ Xixi National Wetland Park ห่างจาก West Lake และ Lingyin Temple 5 กม. Great facility. If I were attending a conference, I'd definitely want it to be here! Fabulous location adjoining the wetlands. Wish I had had more time to walk the trails.

InterContinental Hangzhou is located in beautiful and scenic Hangzhou Qianjiang CBD. It is directly adjacent to Metro Civic Centre Station (Line 4&7). Many thanks to Ms.Candice and Ms.Chloe，excellent service make me feel like back to home.The best hotel in Hangzhou.
