The rooms are fitted with a TV. The rooms come with a private bathroom fitted with a bath or shower. I loved the location of the hotel. It was half a block to the main square that the Willy Jeeps leave from so it was so convenient. After a lot of hiking, it's nice not to have to go far to get to restaurants. The hotel was very secure and had wonderful staff that were very helpful with answering questions and on the final day packed a breakfast for us when we were leaving early. The room itself was a great size and super comfortable and quiet. Plenty of hot water and wifi from the room. Breakfast was excellent and I loved the yard where you could sit and watch the birds. The hotel was also able to arrange transport for me to and from the airport in Pereira. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Salento.

Excellent experience from start to finish. First, the location is beautiful, with stunning views out the balconies and windows facing the town. The staff were great, and the hotel arranged a transfer to Salento from Pereira airport, offering to set up an extra bed in the room for my friend at no extra cost. While lots of hotel breakfasts on Booking.com in Colombia seem to receive "exceptional" ratings, this hotel breakfast thoroughly deserved the "exceptional" title; the breakfast was delicious, with a comprehensive and effectively presented menu, offering complementary arepas, crepes, avocado, fruits, juice, coffee and more. The location is quiet and peaceful, a distance from the crowds, and is also minutes from a viewpoint overlooking the nearby valley. My friend needed to connect to the wifi to review emails and attend important work meetings periodically throughout the day, and had no trouble. Excellent experience overall and would strongly recommend.

Hotel De Pereira greets guests with polished marble floors and sculpted wood artwork in full 5-star fashion. Guests can relax in the hot tub. I can't fault this hotel. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, the facilities are great, the whole hotel is clean and the breakfast has a large selection. It was even relatively quiet despite it's location close to the road (rare for Colombia!)

We stayed two nights and had a great time. The hotel is an old finca with very nice accommodations and very charming house. Staff is beyond helpful and kind—special thanks to Sebastian, who’s such a caring, capable and fun guy, who btw speaks fluent English and explained us everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. Food is very good and affordable. Lots of friendly animals! Cute cats, a lovely dog, lots of cows and some horses. The room is elatively small but cozy and has a small fridge, stacked with various drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). There’s a small space heater that’s really useful during the chilly nights. Valle de Cocora is only a few km away. Incredibly calm, relaxing and quiet place. We wish there were a few more shelves or a chest of drawers to put clothes on/in, though, as well as a hanger or something to dry the towels there. Coffee & tea available all day long. Many different activities are offered, e.g. horseback riding, hiking, etc. Sebastian arranged for as a horses with a guide in the same day we came and I recommend that way of seeing the countryside and the waterfall. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Can’t recommend enough.
