The beachfront property has a private beach and an outdoor restaurant on site. Well positioned on a calm side of the famous Long beach on the Small Perhentian, Bubu Villas exceeded our expectations. A nice central area welcomes you at arrival, after a pickup with the Bubu’s private boat at Kuala Besut. The bar/restaurant and lobby are located here. Our bungalow was on the back in a silent area with lots of green, you feel you are inside the jungle. Room very big and clean, personnel extremely gentle and accommodating all our needs. Very good food (by far the best on the island even if a bit expensive), we could do two marine excursions with snorkeling and good guidance. We recommend Bubu Villas, we will come again.

View the legendary sunset on our Sunset Cruise in the island's first and only Sport Yacht. We love that the property is quiet and secluded, away from other hotel operators. The hotel is surrounded by lush forest greens with a splendid view of the pristine crystal blue sea. The hotel rooms provided are big, 2-storied with a balcony on the upper floor. The shower works well, water pressure is good. The service provided by the staff are amazing, they're very friendly, attentive to customer's requests and are well versed in English. Despite the unpredictable weather on the island, recreational activities offered by the hotel are fun and exciting. We enjoyed our sunset sail across the ocean and snorkeling. The Bayu restaurant offered a variety of delicious food with its terrace facing the stunning sea view. Internet connection is decent, I was able to get some work done. Overall, we highly recommend this property if you're looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway. Perfect for couples and families.
