Staff were absolutely incredible. Amazing cakes by the pastry chef!! Great cooked food at breakfast and dinner too. Nice bubbles on the first night.

The main bath was on the same level as the bedrooms PLUS there was a bonus toilet room on the main level. We didn't have time to cook or do laundry but it was nice to have. Almost every retail chain and many local shops and eateries were within a 1 to 10 minute walk. And THE LIFT was heavenly. We also loved that our host walked out to meet us and show us to parking and the flat.

When we arrived, our room was extremely hot, but we couldn't open most of the windows, a member of staff came and helped which allowed cool air in. I don't know whether they put rose petals and towels folded as swans into every bedroom, but it was a lovely touch for our 35th wedding anniversary.
