The decor was amazing, really cosy. The bed was so comfy I slept like a panda. The kitchen was fully equipped other than a freezer but the fridge was good enough. Close to supermarket and retail park.

There was just one small radiator in the bedroom and the towel rail in the bathroom didn't get very warm. The bed was comfortable and there was good wardrobe space. The free wifi was a bit slow and there weren't many sockets in the room.

It smelt horrendous but by the time we got to our room with two young children it was too late to start moving rooms. There was mold in the bathroom which is quite unacceptable. Staff were very busy as there was a wedding that day but even though our room wasn’t quite ready we were offered a complimentary drink at the bar area while they took care of it.
