Location is good, there's a 7-11 out side the Hotel with 2 minites drive. Monorail is so convience to get Rusutsu Resort. Onsen is so wonderful. Room space is bigger than I thought, kids really enjoy the stay and satisfied about the experience.

The place is clean modern and very very nice. The area is in the forest of Hokkaido and was exactly what I was looking for. Very peaceful. It is a relatively remote area so driving is recommended. The breakfast that was provided was sufficient and full of options.

We had great rest for the 4 nights we stayed. We'll definitely go back just for the room. If you like to prepare your own breakfast/ dinner, the kitchen is good equipped. Dinged 1 star due to mattress being so thin, it hurt my hip bones, as I am a side sleeper. Please add a little more padding for side sleepers.

As our room was on the 1st floor, it was close to the ski lockers and on the same floor as the onsen and the connecting corridor to the main resort. While the hotel does not have its own restaurant, there is a cafe which serves free coffee in the morning, and the walk to the main resort and other restaurants was not too far in my opinion (5-10 minutes' walk, all indoors). The kitchen air ventilator is a bit noisy though but seems to be serving its purpose haha.
