I liked several things: - It that it was not far away from the Santa Fe Port (7-8 min walk) and not far from town centre (10 min walk) and around 15 min walk to Kota Beach. - The room was very clean and had everything I needed. - The most important and outstanding thing: Helen, the person in charge (or owner, not sure) of the property WAS THE BEST!!! The kindest person ever !! She gave me the ride to the place to catch the boat to Virgin Island knowing I was not feeling very well, and then on my last day she offered me the ride to the port ❤️. She was very sweet and I’ll never forget her kindness and patience to answer to all my questions. She even washed some of my clothes 🙈

Darren is such a great host. He told me everything about the island and where to eat good food outside. Moreover the paradise beach is just 10 min away by walk. You can rent also a scooter for affordable price. When you check out he drops you off by a free ride. If I come again I will book for sure in his place.

My wife and me looked for a quite place during Christmas and New Year. The whole stay exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful stay. About the apartment: it's an oasis. Absolutely clean, cozy and modern. Angelo itself made the stay completely welcoming, always cared of us, helped with every question, and was totally funny. He definitely knows how to do service. As there are just 2 rooms to rent, you always feel like coming back to your little home after a day at beach, Island hopping or just exploring Bantayan. As my wife and me were already on world trip for 8 months before the stay on Bantayan, Angelo is the one who deserves a 10/10 without any doubt! Super time, and always again!

The location is really close to a great beach and really close to the market and MJ Square. We will stay there again. It is not easy to find a place as good as this. I definitely recommend Solsken Guests House!

What an amazing place, right at the beach, with perfect sunrise! Our room was very comfortable, with working AC and large bathroom. The place itself is beautiful, well kept, with hammocks and comfortable beds overlooking the sea. Staff were friendly and very helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage after the check out too. They also have a scooter on site, so we were able to start our adventures minutes after checking in. Place itself is located minutes away from the busiest area in Santa Fe making it a perfect choice for laid back holidays. We cannot wait to be back!

The Casita was very interesting with an outdoor shower and bamboo creating a wall between the bedroom and bathroom; not much for privacy in that sense. If you like the feeling of being outdoors all the time, this is the place for you.
