Absolutely stunning appartment at an excellent location, in a peaceful neigbourhood almost overlooking the beach, in walking distance of the lively boulevard and the town center. We couldn't have stayed in a better place! The appartment was bigger than expected, comfortable and tasefully decorated. The towels were fluffy, the shower excellent and coffee (even latte & cappuccino) were provided. The host even arranged visitor parking tickets in the street for our campervan, so we didn't have to look for an expensive parking spot. Brighton stole my heart and we will be back, hopefully in this lovely appartment ❤️

The property is 500 metres from the city centre and 1.1 km from Brighton Beach. I visited with my parents and they loved this place so much. Sarah welcomed us as a family and there was nothing more that I needed everything was there! I will definitely visit this place again when I come back to Brighton.

I was in Brighton for a 3 day fair and South Downs View turned out to be the perfect place to stay! Comfortable, spotlessly clean, with 24 access to the kitchen to make coffee and tea and use all the facilities, as well as to choose from a wide range of the uncooked breakfast provided at a time to suit myself. Excellent bus service to central Brighton with the bus stop just around the corner which meant that I could leave my car there, saving on the exorbitant parking fees in the city. I totally recommend this property as the ideal home from home place to stay to relax and recuperate at the end of a tiring day. Karen is delightful and very helpful.

The camping pod was really cosy and clean, much roomier and more comfortable than I expected. The pods are really well kitted out with kitchenware and home comforts, which is perfect for a solo traveller who can't carry too much with them. Lovely little coffee/tea hamper provided and the hob was really easy to use. The pods are warm and well lit, with a great little decking area to sit out on into the evening. Very comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of towels in the shower room and all the little extra things you might need have been thought of. I would highly recommend the Scallows and would love to visit again myself one day.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. The property has an outdoor dining area. Modern, spacious, very clean & comfortable with lovely views. Very attractively furnished & decorated. Everything feels new. Owner clearly has very good taste & has thought of everything. Heating was on when we arrived which was very welcome as weather quite cold. Windows on 4 sides so lots of natural light. Bread, milk, teabags & coffee all provided as well as chocolates on pillow. Plenty of power points.
