“The location was great. Easy walk from train station. Loved this town too. The staff very friendly and helpful. Very kind to the kids. Loved the loaner Yukatas and getting a lesson in how to put them on. The onsen within the hotel was very nice and big (7- person). Couldn't hear people above or below...a big plus when with younger kids because if we can't hear others maybe they can't hear my kids :). Make using the local onsens very easy.”
“The room was spacious and the futons very comfortable. Free wifi in the room and tea on arrival. Yakatas and getas were included in the price of the accommodation. Everything is within walking distance.”
“Excellent kaiseki cuisine & lovely traditional Japanese room witha beautiful garden view!”
