Location was good. 10mins walk from kawaguchiko station, if not there is a bus stop right outside. Hotel also provides shuttle bus service to kawaguchiko Station.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Traditional Japanese breakfast included. Conveniently located, few minutes walk from the main station and Matsumoto castle.

The owners were incredible and very welcoming, I had great chats with Yoshi throughout my stay and he was gracious enough to give me a ride to the main bus station on my check out day which was a great help!
