We are familiar with the Inn and like its quirky setup. The room was just that .. roomy, and well laid out. Breakfast was fine but dinner was a bit expensive. The bar and dining areas are a warren of cosy spaces. A very nice place to stay.

Leeds Castle is a place which is enormous, historical, unbelievably beautiful (especially in the spring), full of activities and attractions for kids and adults. We stayed there for 3 nights and I can't say we had the opportunity to exhaust everything the place has to offer, we were left with a taste for more. The ability to rest in our room in the middle of a day full of activities spread on such a large area, was excellent.
Our dinners at the restaurant were great and the restaurant staff was very helpful.
it was a really good short business stay. I have stayed with work before and always find the staff pleasant accommodating and friendly. The rooms although basic do exactly what is needed. It was clean tidy and had coffee tea making facilities. Really nice

Very good breakfast.. staff are friendly.
Room ok but could be better except stained bath in room was not pleasant, and should be replaced as it reduces decency of the bathroom. hotel entrance could do with some sprucing up - flower pots with faded/chipped edges, room had swivel chair what was very worn

Unfortunately Maidstone has been ruined by some awful planning decisions. The shopping has degraded thanks to the challenges for towns nowadays. Maidstone is a particularly bad sufferer. It’s a mess. The far end of Week street is a place to be sure to avoid.

My stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory.
My stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory. Considering the cold room, dreadful breakfast, unclean amenities, and health concerns, I would rate the hotel poorly, perhaps 1 out of 5. It's clear there are substantial issues that need urgent attention for the hotel to meet basic standards.

I love that the picture of Maidstone is actually of Aylesford, a village approximately 3 miles away from the town (not aware it's turned into a city yet) and where I grew up. Maidstone town centre isn't massively scenic but they could have posted a picture of the amazing park they have - Mote Park.

The hotel is good for motorway access. Maidstone has some ok restaurants but places like Harrietsham and Lenham offer better eating opportunities - but it’s a good base if you are there to explore Kent -Leeds castle is near by - Hastings Whitstable Herne Bay all easily accessible
I find this property adequate for my needs is situated in a desirable location close to town and amenities.
I find the landlord has very good people skills and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and provide anything that is needed to fulfil your stay. We have enjoyed our stay at this property so much that we have returned a few times I would continue to return in the future.
The room is clean it’s quiet
Spacious two bedroom two bath was great with a master suite in room bath. Full size fridge unlike other places I stayed. As I travel and shop was good to be able to freeze items for my long travel home. Town was also nice with lots of stores. I only saw town ony my morning walk and runs but plan to return to see the city more than just London.
Friendly staff, always ready to help, nice spacious and clean rooms, very good restaurant (albeit a bit expensive), large swimming pool with SPA area. The hotel building is well organized, large beautiful reception area with a restaurant and cafe, and despite a busy road nearby, our room was quiet.
It's a wonderful hotel with excellent facilities for family, the restaurant was also delicious and the staff were super friendly. Great hotel for families with small kids visiting England and looking for a place to relax.
Great place to stop while traveling.
Very nice garden, excellent breakfast, good service, clean rooms.
We arrived at night and, as agreed, the hotel security ensured our check-in. Thank you, staff.
Ideal hotel for a one night stopover en route to other places. Nice spacious rooms with all standards as required. Situated on a large motorway services. Wifi works fine. No smoking rooms
Very clean and comfortable. Great location, close to town centre. All communication was fast, efficient and hosts were very friendly.
A lovely place to stay, will definitely return.
Great quiet location on the outskirts of hectic Maidstone. Lovely, bungalow style rooms within garden with plenty of parking. Breakfast is high quality and staff very friendly.
Great location just outside the centre of Maidstone, with a very short walk into town. Easy to find with good access to routes out of town. Good parking. Big, comfortable room,
This house is lovely - great space, comfortable beds and a real welcoming feel about the place. Very well located to Maidstone town centre and perfect for our weekend plans
Great and calm location. Beautiful hotel with an amazing downstair lobby where you could sit. And although the beds are a bit small, they are absolutely cfortable.
The apartment is beautifully appointed, spacious and I couldn't fault the cleanliness. It is within easy reach of all town centre buildings and facilities
