I requested a handicapped room three months ago, Was told up to the, day before that it was available. When we arrived I as told that there was none available. In fact that they only have one room and that it is pre booked and paid for daily by the same permanent resident. Do they not know that it is illegal to advertise a handicapped room if they know that do not have one. The clerk was very rude. If it was not late we would have left, but according to the rate I could not cancel with a refund. Days Inn has been a good chain in the past, but not any more. I want you to know that with out the handicapped bars and handicapped room I was not able to take a shower, I wonder if this will ever be read or answered to Days Inn Company Management. The rooms were dirty. They didn’t have enough towels for the guest. No manager on property. Wall paper coming off the wall. No room services because they only had 3 ladies working. This is the worse experience I’ve EVER had at a hotel. NEVER AGAIN. The microwave was in the hallway and one per floor. Pictures on your site is totally misleading. My experience was Horrific! I feel like I was robbed of my money.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This place was and is a total dump, they first sent us to a room that had a gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling, the place smells terribly, their air conditioners in the rooms don't run very well, staff is lack luster and overall, I'd give 0 out of 5 stars for this place if I could.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. it looks nothing like the photos online!!!
We wanted a relaxing weekend and we made the right choice. The room was super clean, the staff were friendly. There is a Japanese restaurant in front of the hotel and across the street there is a Friday's restaurant in case you want to eat and have a drink. The mall is less than a mile, we didn't use the pool but I saw two, one indoors and one outdoors. We are definitely staying there in the future.
My stay at this hotel was terrible; I felt like they were trying to rob me because they pretended not to have the $200 deposit I paid in brand new bills, and then, after an hour and a half of agony, they brought me a bag of one-dollar bills. It's horrifying and disgraceful
Room was clean, bed comfy, quick check-in.
The airport shuttle to the airport was perfect, came on time, helped with the bags and arrived smoothly to the airport. We also used the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Overall great experience, would come again.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. Every night I ate at the hotel since I was getting back late from work, the food variety was good. I cannot speak for amenities, but my room and the lobby were clean upon arrival.
When going to the office in Iselin, this is where I stay. Nice people, clean rooms, simple but sufficient hotel for business trips. Metro and train station around the corner. Restaurant for dinner nextdoor.
The room was spacious and clean. I did not use any of the amenities, so I can not speak to those. The hotel lobby is impressive, and all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.
