The Location is within a walk of restaurants and shopping. This location is close to the City of Hope Hospital. I reserved a room for 5 days, not sure how long my spouse's treatment at City of Hope would take. My spouse's treatment was completed on the third day, so I decided to leave early. I reserved through booking.com not realizing the reservation was not changeable, but booking.com was gracious enough to refund the last two days.

The room was clean; the linens as well (more on that below). We welcomed the fact that there was a refrigerator, but was a little surprised that it wasn't plugged in, which we didn't immediately notice, no big deal. The bed was reasonable comfortable.

On the 6th February 2020 I was checked into your hotel by...
On the 6th February 2020 I was checked into your hotel by staff member Belen who was not to be found and who eventually drifted out of a room blowing on her recently painted nails . I requested a Quiet Room as requested on my booking.com reservation. The girl would not even look up to talk to me. She then put me in a room where the noise of pipes was non stop and then I rang the front desk where Marcus a very nice guy apologized for the noise. In the morning I spoke to the delightful Deanna who said she would put me into Room 245 , which would be complimentary on my next stay on the 8/2/2020 , when I arrived i was told by " Mary " that there was no complimentary room 245 set aside for me instead her idea of a quiet room was 344 facing the freeway. This morning the apologetic Beanna stated she had been told by her manager that she could not compensate me on the earlier non-sleep night. I have been staying here since Homestead Inn days and have never been treated, like I have with the Staff and managment Avoid this Hotel Staff are obviously told by management to rent noisy rooms first to anyone using booking agencies.

Great town!
Great town! If I was to move to Los Angeles, Monrovia and the surrounding towns will be my first choice of places to live. It will be a nightmare going into Los Angeles, but that will be okay. I doubt I would be going to Los Angeles everyday, based on the work I do, so it wouldn't be that bad.KTaniSouth Sudan

Our room was spacious for my two kids and I. We arrived close late at night so we were ready to go to bed. We only stayed one night and wished we could have booked a longer stay. The pool looked incredible. Breakfast was delish and filled us up for our long drive to Vegas.
