We booked it at short notice for a quick stop over so we arrived late but it was not a problem, staff were present and friendly. The location is a little way from the main roads but not a problem to find and it meant the room was quiet. We did not stop for breakfast. Although our stay was very short we did see that there was a lovely garden.

Fabio, the host, has a welcoming smile, has hands are visibly used to hard work and is well organised. When I arrived, the massive field opposite had just been ploughed with perfect lines. This place is a 3Euro short bus journey from the centre of Cremona and a short walk down a somewhat rural road. Probably best to grab supplies from the pub at the bus stop. The room I stayed in was big, had an antique wooden wardrobe and dresser. It had a breakfast table with two chairs and a large, tall window with light and dark curtains, overlooking the drive, gate and field beyond. A whole lot of silence. The shower was good and the bed was actual springs. I slept well. Next time I stay, I'll take Fabio some beer. My checkout was alone and I would have liked to have said thank you, so thank you, Fabio. You run a nice place.

Arriving at our accommodation in the dark, we were not really aware of where we were. In the morning we saw that we were right next to the river Po. Accommodation in rooms that are a mix of old and vintage and modern with all the technology you need is really great. Everything is clean and in its place, and the beds are comfortable. We were surprised that in addition to the fact that this is not accommodation with breakfast, in the room you still have a kettle for water, coffee, tea and even very nice waffles, biscuits, jams... actually a small sweet breakfast. We really appreciate that! The landlady Giullia is extremely kind and helpful throughout the booking and arrival at the accommodation. We are sure that when we travel in this direction we will choose this accommodation again.
