The property is unique, the views and the setting are perfect for that authentic Tuscany feel. If you are expecting a sterile hotel room with a massive TV and pointless luxury, this isn't for you. If you want something more adventurous and are willing to embrace the experience, this could be one of the stays you will never forget.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean .Bathroom is small but adequate . The restaurant at the hotel is super and we had a fabulous dinner there ...really very good. Breakfast was ok , it is not in the same restaurant, with a buffet style with an acceptable choice and quality if you do not want hot food.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was beautiful, functional, and comfortable. The location worked well for our two trips in Florence. The breakfast was awesome and the extras provided like the coffee maker and milk frother and the milk and water in the frig were much appreciated.

Really friendly environment and easy going people. the last day of our stay, we were checking out early because we had an early flight, so the owner of the hotel moved the breakfast time half an hour earlier to give us the chance to eat something before going to the airport. You don't find this kindness in other hotels.
