The staff was super nice, hotel is really nice to stay and the beds are comfy enough. Very clean as well. The thing though we liked the most, was the breakfast and the breakfast staff!

Loved the terrace overlooking the hills and vineyards for the morning breakfast. There were numerous stations with may choices including fresh fruits, breads ,rolls, meats, cheeses, eggs and fresh juices as well as cappuccinos and expressos. The staff were professional but friendly. The infinity pool overlooking the hills and vineyards was stunning. We loved the wellness facility with the beautiful steam rooms, ice showers and jacuzzi. Every effort was made to assure your stay was one you will never forget. We loved it!

The castle itselt is absolutely stunning, the rooms are delicately put together and are the oerfect mix of rustic and functional. The wifi worked great everywhere, the restaurant onsite was splendid. Every single member of staff was incredibly thoughtful and forthcoming. Breakfast buffet was varied.

As this was the 2nd time staying at this hotel we knew what the standard was, I would recement the Hotel Michelangelo for a stopover as it is well sited to the motorway going North or South with friendly and helpful staff.

We had a very nice stay at Palazzo Vasarri! The location is brilliant (Montevarchi is the perfect place for various trips around Tuscany; the infrastructure is perfectly fine: good railroad links, nice cafes, good restaurants and nearby shopping facilities.) The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and designed. Gabriella and Alessandro are very friendly and always available. Perhaps the wifi could be a bit more stable and the Siena double room could do with a bit more storage! Overall we can recommend this hotel! Btw. enjoy your breakfast coffee at the nearby piazza, Canu is the perfect place to start the day!

The staff were very friendly & helpful despite us both not speaking Italian! The apartment we had was spacious & very clean. Location great for driving to Chianti & train to Arezzo and Florence. Montevarchi itself had some great places to eat & nice friendly bars too, without being a busy tourist centre.
