The suite was excellent, very clean, large with a view to the main garden. The staff changed our towels daily and prepared a full breakfast buffet for all tastes. The location is also excellent as it's close to the Terme dei Papi (the hotel also offers a ferry service to and from the springs) and also very close to Viterbo. We used it as a base to explore the region for which it was perfectly located. We would definitely book again.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Italy. Located outside Viterbo in beautiful area. The structure is dated, but in good condition. There is a nice pool and very good restorant. The room was spacious and we had a big terace.

The room was simple and had everything you need for a quick stay. The man who met me at the gate (don't go to the gate, there's a walk-way that my tired eyes didn't see) was so sweet. The grounds are beautiful, everything was so quiet, the sunset was amazing, and there are kitties on the property.

Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and well-furnished, the restaurant 58 Gradi very good and not overly expensive, and the grounds are lovely. I went with my 10-year-old son and he adored the breakfast! I was impressed too, after having read some comments here that breakfast was lacking. Fresh fruit, sweet baked cakes, butter croissants, meat, eggs, freshly-made pancakes and even honey from the comb- seemed more like breakfast choices you would find at a large resort. The guest entrance to the Terme has many advantages including spa kit, pool beds in reserved area (which is much appreciated, seeing the other crowded sides of the pool) access to the jacuzzi and private changing area. Reception staff, restaurant and bar staff were very courteous and cleaning staff helpful with getting right sizes for the spa kit. Will be back.

What a jewel of a place.
What a jewel of a place. We had wanted to come here for some time. Such magnificent buildings and interesting architecture. Very good and reasonably priced restaurants. We ate at L'Archetto, Cuatro Stagione, Tre Re.

a quaint town that seems to have frozen in time. it is a lovely but slow paced place and the roads are really tiny to the point where driving is large car is not recommended. people are friendly and there are a lot of teen agers and university students. you can find cute shops and lovely dining options. unfortunately, i didn't get to tour the town but i heard that there are interesting places to visit.

It's an historic walled city with lovely tiny streets to wander around. The history of the Etruscans is very interesting.
I found a small trattoria and ate very well for 20 Euro - so I went there the next day.

Viterbo has a very large historic area, quite a lot of which is either pedestrianised or restricted to local traffic. It has a lot of parking areas outside the historic area, and there are elevators from two of them to the edge of the centre. It is not only an interesting place to walk around, but the countryside around is well worth investigating.

We found Viterbo to be an underrated gem of a town.
We found Viterbo to be an underrated gem of a town. It was a university town which meant it provided a youthful population, with lots of eating options and price points. The medieval center of town was amazingly beautiful, and the locals were very friendly. It is easy to access nearby sites from this city, while still being close to Rome. We loved it and while it was not a city we planned to visit, we are so glad we did.
this place is lovely. it’s on the first floor of a residential building. Daniel, the owner, was very accommodating to an earlier check in and helped me carry my luggage up the stairs. The bathroom was very spacious and modern and the room was light and airy. breakfast was at a caffè around the corner that opened super early. Daniel also recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner!
A good place to stay when traveling by car. Parking in the lot next to the house. The apartment is clean, spacious, with good sound insulation, a well-equipped bathroom. There is no excessive attention from the staff, we felt at ease, but all our concerns were answered. Viterbo is a unique, charming, mysterious and enchanting city. I would like to come back here.
The place is stunning. Our room was beautiful and the whole building was amazing. There is also a lovely garden to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Very quiet and peaceful in a busy town. The proprietors were very fun and helpful, providing insight and advice about Viterbo. I can't recommend this place enough.
Everything was exceptional. Bathroom is big and very comfortable. Also the room equipped with all necessities (n espresso machine, hairdryer, fridge, air conditioner ect). Quite area and very safe. Danielle our guest host was very friendly and guided us in which restaurants to go in Viterbo. Recommend this place 100%
everything in this hotel was prefect, the staff here, the size of the room was so big enough for 3 of us,
my children cycling nearby the hotel , making our stay so comfortable & enjoyable, especially we like the breakfast , can having a breakfast beside the greenery grass , so enjoyable, recommended
The property is clean and comfortable, it has a lovely garden where you can have breakfast (included with your stay: cake, bread, cheese, jams, milk, coffee, croissants, etc). You can tell Silvia Puts love in her business. It’s also super well located in the historical center of Viterbo.
Probably the sweetest B&B hostess we met during our stay in Italy, justifiably proud of her stunning home. Generous breakfast served on a terrace with homemade cake which she insisted we take with us. Set on the hillside a little outside the old town with great views over Viterbo.
This hotel is in a great location - and the people who run it are wonderful, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is beautiful and the room was extremely comfortable with strong wifi and AC! Can’t stress enough how great the staff is .. definitely a great stay in Viterbo!
B&B set in a charming part of Viterbo inside the medieval area, close to restaurants, and places of interest.
The room n. 4 at second floor spacious and charming. Stephano , the host was very helpful and friendly.
Free parking nearby ( about 5 mn walk)
Giorgio was super super helpful - he speaks no English and he wouldnt be winning any pictionary game any time soon but he really tried to make it a brilliant stay. Breakfast, snacks, strawberries - service was better than in all-inclusive hotel
Welcoming spirit and help with luggage, and absolutely a fantastic spot for dinner, highlights of the walled city. AND PARKING -- without having to go outside the walls.
Furnishings and space were interesting, too.
Very nice house, clean with all the comfort , perfect location to visit the little borgo of Bagnaia, Villa Lante (a must see) and Viterbo. Free parking close by. Amazing host. Overall highly recommended .
Gorgeous space right in the heart of Viterbo - probably the best shower I’ve had in Italy! Had everything we needed.
Parking during the day was paid street parking - from 8pm - 8am parking was free.
Le sıgnore Anna e Elısabetta sono state gentılı, dısponıbılı, cordıalı e molto professıonalı.
Santa Rosa one of the good place for stay at Viterbo. The Ladies at there was so nice. we liked :)
Good location, inside beautiful Viterbo old town, not far from the Duomo and palazzo dei Papi.
Large and clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast, rich and varied.
