Loved the location, off the beaten track but only a few minutes to the nearest town which had great eateries, the owner was very friendly and the room was nice. Pool is a brilliant bonus and my son enjoyed the little play area and seeing the animals!

Robert and Monique are wonderful people and very hospitable hosts. Very friendly, very beautiful couple. The room was clean, bed linen was perfect. we were enjoyng our garden view and fresh air from the open window. The breakfast was amazing. Homemade eggs, cheeses to choose from, fruits. Five homemade jams and homemade pies baked by Monique. Always hot coffee. Very beautiful serving: crockery, tablecloths, cutlery. We were in love with their stunning home. Highly recommended. The city of Dinard just 7 min by car from La Demeure aux Hortensias. Stunning city by the sea. Must visit.

Sylvain was a great host, very friendly. The room was cool and spacious with an en-suite, TV, kettle and coffee supplied. There is also a large supermarket 5 minutes away I had a great night's sleep before making my way to the ferry, which was around 30 minutes by bike.

We had our ferry cancelled because of weather and the hotel would not change the night of our booking. Hence we lost the money for the booking. Staff were extremely rude and unfriendly when trying to make the change. I went in personally when we arrived and they were equally unfriendly and unhelpful in person.
