Brussels is well-known as the headquarters of many European institutions and is often called the capital of Europe. However, Belgian waffles, beer and chocolate are just a few of the city’s best-known delicacies that can rival its political reputation.
French and Dutch are city’s two official languages so all streets and landmarks have two different names: don’t be surprised when you look for Grand Place and end up on Grote Markt!
Don’t miss the famous bronze statue aptly named Manneken Pis or the futuristic Atomium, a truly unique architectural creation. Wandering through side streets to discover small bookshops, romantic cafés and ethnic restaurants reveals Brussel's charm.
Brussels is a real melting pot of Europe, filled with great museums and art from Memling, Bosch or Rubens, historic breweries and great concert halls. Shopping addicts can visit the world’s first shopping mall, the Saint Hubert Gallery, opened here in 1847.
If you’re arriving at Brussels Airport or South Charleroi Airport, all major attractions are just a short train or bus ride away. Whether you’re looking for a design hotel, a comfortable apartment or a friendly B&B, Booking.com has something perfect for your Brussels trip.

I loved the food, I loved the Grand Place and walking around the tiny streets full of people, also the street music, the terraces for having and enjoying a drink were very nice. Also, we went to the planetarium, and the atomium both places were absolutely great ! The Cathedral was very beautiful too ! And dont forget to eat the famous waffles and have some Leonidas and Neuhaus chocolats !! I eat at Aux Armes du Bruxelles and that was fantastic !

I wouldn’t recommened anybody to travel to Brussels.
I wouldn’t recommened anybody to travel to Brussels. It is very dirty, trash all around the streets, and there are sketchy people. I was afraid even at daytime. The city center itself was okay (nice buildings and architecture). It is a good base to visit other cities via the good train system.

Brussels is an interesting city and has some very quirky sights. Since you are likely to pass through if using Eurostar, I'd recommend staying a couple of nights. This time we went to the Atomium which can be reached easily from Brussels Midi station on the Metro line 6.

Spent one day wandering around the sights - weather poor which didn't help - another day spent in Bruges which was tourist madness - we were leaving Sunday and I went to St Michaels Cathederal - there was Mass on and unfortunately I couldn't stay. I felt sorry to be leaving Brussels - would have loved another day. Traffic seems to be crazy but the people seem well integrated. Most people understated and not showy. There is obviously a homelessness problem like most City's - Brussels - quirky & confident but modest. Love the Art Deco buildings and lettering. Brussels is not cheap for eating and drinking but on a par with other Cities. in Europe.

An absolutely wonderful capital city.
An absolutely wonderful capital city. Beautiful architecture, people, food and clean streets. If you want to visit the over-rated France, skip that and stay in Brussels. You will still get a similar culture without the dirty streets and rude people.
The food was amazing in every restaurant and takeaway, from their iconic waffles and fries to a quick snack or meal. The metro made things so simple to move around and access each area. Though overall most things are pretty much in a central location you can easily walk to and from.

Brussels is a vibrant city with plenty to see and do, not badly priced and plenty of eateries/bars. Nearly everything is in walking distance unless you fancy a trip to the Atomium but public transport is regular and fairly priced.
Very comfortable and cute hotel in the city center with everything what you need. It was slightly challenging to find a parking spot on Friday evening but the reception gentleman was kind enough to guide me and helped to squeeze between two cars. Never ever faced just friendly service with extra mile ❤️ Breakfast is highly recommended- for 15€ you can get a very good coffee, fresh warm pastry, several hot meals and a nice variety of teas.
When I am back to Brussels I will definitely stay here again. 😎😍
We stayed in the hotel for 1 night, but would like to stay more. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, we were travelling by car, and they have place in their garage which made parking more easier. Breakfast was very rich. Room was clean and big, we stayed in the room named Kyoto. Neighborhood was very calm. Location was very good, couple of minutes and you can get to trams or metro and in general close to center. If I'll visit Brussels again, definitely will stay here.
We traveled from Amsterdam to Brussels via train; their location is accessible and within the city center, where shops and restaurants are located.
The ambiance of the hotel is classic and medieval. They have a kitchen and lounge for long-staying guests. They have provided food storage.
They have quiet and clean rooms with private bathrooms. The staff is helpful and friendly. Their services are good for a hostel.
We had an excellent stay.
I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Le Dixseptième in Brussels. Its prime location in the heart of the city makes it one of the best choices, especially for those visiting for work. The hotel boasts a beautifully decorated interior, and the breakfast is truly worth the experience. The common areas are aesthetically pleasing, contributing to an overall delightful stay. Highly recommended!
We got a great welcome from Reception. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and possibly the best pillows we have ever had in a hotel. The room was very clean. The location of the hotel is great, a few minutes walk from the Brussels Central train station and the Cathedral, and 10 minutes or so to the Grand Place. There are lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walk.
Excellent breakfast with a variety of food and drinks. The best location near to EC and Council buildings and to reach the city centre by metro. The free Wi-Fi was functioning without any problems. The Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I always try to choose First Euroflat when comming to Brussels.
Comfortable room with a small fridge (former minibar, I guess), complimentary water, quiet at night by closed windows. 15 min via a pedestrian street to the very center of Brussels (Grand Place). OK to reach by car. Public garage Rogier is in front of the hotel and is very good. Metro and bus stops nearby.
I was transferred to Aris Grand Place, actually, which is a sister hotel of Alma Grand Place and nearby. I enjoyed my stay at Aris Grand Place. It's a perfect location to get around the city and importantly perfect access to Brussels Central station. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.
This was my second stay in the Motel One. I chose this hotel because of its location (very close to museums and city center). The value for the money is good. It is not the high end hotel but you get what you are paying for. Good for short stays (I went to Brussels just for the weekend).
The hotel is amazing, so beautiful , the suite was perfect , bed was comfortable, the staff is really nice , the restaurant is really good, the location is perfect, really in the center of Brussels, 10 min walk for Brussels grand place 2 min form a commercial center LOVED it
Booked the hotel on my way to the airport. Just for one night stay.
Very confy beds, very friendly reception and excellent location almost next to the train station and the Grand Place.
Pleasantly surprised.
Will probably return to actually visit Brussels centre.
The price was very reasonable considering it is located in central Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great and is within walking distance to the city center. Also public transports (buses and metro) are very close to the hotel.
The hotel is located perfectly in the city center and is literally only a 5-15 minute walk away from all major tourist spots in Brussels. The hotel staff were really helpful and accommodating. The facilities were also really good.
We enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Citadines, situated at walking distance of Brussels ‘Grote Markt’ and city center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good parking under the hotel and excellent restaurants nearby.
The hotel was few minutes away from Brussels nord and the Grand place. It was luxurious and yhe staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was superb. It felt we were in a 5 star hotel.
This is a beautiful, clean hotel with big, bright rooms, great staff and good breakfast.
It's a great choice if you are in Brussels.
Very close to the train station and not too far from the city center.
I like the hotel in general. Lobby, recepconist, bedroom, restaurant. The location was great becuase you could walk to the center of Brussels in 5 minutes. I would come back to the Belford Good stay
Was very well decorated and very close to train station that you could use it to reach both airport around Brussels. Kitchenware in room was adequate. by walking 15 min to city center
