I like the room and the comfort of the bed. I was attending a conference and very tired by the time I got to the hotel, so I was so happy the bed was comfortable that I slept almost immediately. The staff were also amiable and accommodating.

The place hasn't changed much since the time I lived two miles away prior to going to University-including a very high level of traffic, much of which was surely supposed to have been eradicated when the A3095 was re-routed to avoid the town in the late 80s. Maybe an additional bypass for other routes into and out of the town is required?

I liked the location in a quiet area, plenty of parking available, friendly and helpfull staff, quiet bar downstairs a home like feel all around. Could be a little more modern but overall i enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.
Location, facilities, food, cleanliness, staff behaviour.
This is an amazing hotel where you will feel like home. Calm and quiet area with lots of parking. The rooms are good, airy and bathrooms are neat and clean. It also has a bar and restaurant. I stayed here for a week and my overall experience is excellent! Highly recommended!!
Also the host Sayed is awesome and he treats guests with great passion. Sayed was a great help through out our stay and he even arranged a taxi for us while we checked out.
I was on a cycling trip and booked late in the day. The hotel were waiting for me and kindly put my bike in a safe place and left it on charge overnight (electric bike). Even though they weren't serving evening meals they cooked me something which was much appreciated. Good nights sleep as the hotel was situated in a quiet residential area.
Breakfast was great with delicious boiled eggs!
We visited the area during the coldest time of the year. The hotel provided us with extra blanket and a heater which helped us a lot. The hotel owner ran miles for us to make sure our son was on time for the school assessment. Warm and gentle hotel.
second time I have stayed at this hotel. my colleague lives in the area and we stay there when we meet up for business reasons. The hotel staff are always great. Rooms are very adequate for a short stay and the price is great.
Really welcoming hotel, comfortable bed, plenty of parking and in a pretty residential area. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, thank you Chef Mark! Look out for the home baked cookies at reception.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ideal - perfect for our short stay. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the station so location was great, too. Very comfortable stay.
Comfortable bed, friendly staff, and clean hotel. I stayed here for four weeks over the summer and had no issues. Staff upgraded me to a nicer room for no extra cost. Would recommend.
