The place hasn't changed much since the time I lived two miles away prior to going to University-including a very high level of traffic, much of which was surely supposed to have been eradicated when the A3095 was re-routed to avoid the town in the late 80s. I liked the location in a quiet area, plenty of parking available, friendly and helpfull staff, quiet bar downstairs a home like feel all around. Could be a little more modern but overall i enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Because you can hardly find such customer service even in 5 star hotels. The hotel management did everything to make the stay at the hotel pleasant. I would not like to list this scroll. Just take my word for it, you will be taken care of as VIP clients! Will definitely stay here again! And I will recommend this hotel to my friends!

The hotel were waiting for me and kindly put my bike in a safe place and left it on charge overnight (electric bike). Very quiet overlooking the garden. We only wanted a bed & bathroom whilst visiting family so this room was just what we required.
