This is my second time at this hotel. I think the value is great for what you get and the location. The hot tub and steam room are great too. When we needed extra blankets or towels they were provided. We love the hot tub. And the location is amazing. The breakfast is good for hotel buffet, but wish they had more health friendly options like oatmeal, fruit salad.

The shops and town are beautiful!
The shops and town are beautiful! I loved that the hotel we stayed in had an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna/steam room options. The breakfast was awesome! It was super close to the beach. We went in off season and I absolutely loved it, not too crowded but enough to socialize. Will be going back with my kids next time!

Went at the very end of March.
Went at the very end of March. It got very windy but overall the weather was perfect for long walks on the beach and visiting the downtown shopping areas. It’s busy but not too crowded at that time of year.
The beaches themselves were gorgeous both day and night. I recommend taking the few minute drive north to Cape Henlopen State Park for those beaches as well, or take a long walk if your legs feel good. Great views of lighthouses and more.
The seafood was excellent at each location we went, but note that if you go before April, you’ll likely not be able to find steamed blue crab on the menu.

There are many shops and restaurants to chose from. This time we had a nice seafood dinner at Finns. We also stopped for a snack & drink at the Big Oyster. Both were great.
We enjoyed visiting Schellville Village on one of its last nights. This is something we'd like to try again maybe next year probably in early December as some of the vendors had already closed down when we were there.
It was also fun to see the Polar Plunge teams making their annual New Year's Day plunge at Cape Henlopen Beach.

The room was huge, and we were upgraded.
The room was huge, and we were upgraded. The breakfast was great and included with the stay. There was a wine and cheese reception as well as cookies in the lobby. All in all, our stay could not have been better.

I was not in Rehoboth although I was very close.
I was not in Rehoboth although I was very close. I was actually in Lewes.
We went to Savanah beach not Rehoboth Beach. It was beautiful. Previous years we went to Ocean City MD. I liked Lewes very much and will go back.
Dan, the maintenance man, is the best part of this hotel. We had trouble with an AC unit in our room. He pulled an AC from another location on the property and replaced ours in no time at all. He was kind and respectful and offered great conversation while working. Every time we passed him after that day, he had a kind word for us and a joke with my young son. This kind of customer care is a dying art. Dan should be teaching others how to interact with the public. He made a huge difference in our stay.
I didn't like anything about the stay. We booked a room over the board walk. We got a room in the alley. Our view was of the back entrance of the stores on the boardwalk. No hot water. We let the water run for 45min. Still no hot water. Room was not very clean.( PTAC ) the heating and cooling was incredibly loud. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Booking dot com gave a higher stay rating than there actual rating. Will not use Booking .com again.
There wasn’t really anything that we liked about the property. The location itself felt unsafe. There was a couple staying there that was basically passed out drunk on the one stoop and another guy passed out behind his truck. The sister hotel was not a good place to stay either. We ended up leaving and driving 2 hours home.
I thought I was getting a suite, I got a room with 3 beds, like a regular hotel room. There was sand all over 2 of our beds when we checked in. When we drive up to the building the staff was on the side drinking. The manager was apologetic and nice, but that was not the room I paid for $400 a night.
Brighton Suites is the best value in Rehoboth Beach. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The room (King Suite) was spacious and well-maintained. Could see the ocean from bedroom window. This was our second stay in two years. Both rooms were great. We will be back.
We enjoyed the breakfast very much. Tanya was exceptionally helpful and caring. She always had a smile and was willing to converse with us. All the staff was very nice and helpful. This was our 3rd time staying at Hotel Rehoboth and will certainly return.
breakfast was great the location of the hotel was great...clean ??? not so much. this is a pet friendly hotel.. we were on a floor that did not have pets but the hallways were not vaccumed and the bathroom we had was not cleaned well.
Absolutely nothing . This hotel was horrible . They had called me when I was on the beach to move a car that wasn’t mine. Told me I could not use the lot to park and my car and my best bet would be to try a lot across the street.
The location was perfect and the hotel was clean. The amenities were outstanding; complementary beach towels and chairs, wine and cheese and fresh baked cookies! The shuttle ride to the beach with Lew was icing on the cake!!!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and the hotel was perfect for popping to Rehoboth beach and Lewes. Cold continental breakfast open early till 10 which suited the early and late risers amongst us.
Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Russ. Breakfast was more than expected with plenty of options. Hotel overall was very clean and didn't smell like a disinfectant. Easy walking distance to Fins Restaurant.
Great value for the low price! Stores and restaurants all around this hotel. Delicious Cracker Barrel is next to it. Starbucks a block away. Short drive (less than 8 minutes) to Rehoboth Beach and waves.
Good location close to the outlet and the Rehoboth beach. The hotel has quite new utility and the breakfast is simple but sufficient. Highly recommend if you are going to visit Delaware beach side.
Loved the Victorian styling of the hotel.
Location on the beach/boardwalk was excellent.
Excellent customer service.
Restaurant was delicious.
It wasn't just a hotel it was an experience.
