The beach front was lovely. The view from the dining/lobby area made for a very comfortable way to catch the breeze without getting sunburn. The staff were amazing and the food was good. There was a shuttle bus to the night markets in the main activity centre of the island (about 45 min drive).

The view from the room was absolutely stunning. We loved the private pool and the huge bathroom. Felt completely secluded, making it a truly relaxing stay. Comfy bed. Brilliant room. The staff brought us a Conrad bear with our child's name stitched in it's little dressing gown on the first night. A lovely touch and a great surprise for her.

This has been, by far, the best resort I have stayed in over the course of two weeks. The resort is about 20 mins from the port and 45 from the airport (we arrived here from Koh Phangan). We arranged for airport pickup and were met upon arrival at the port. As we arrived around 9:00am and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in giving us the full day to enjoy the beach and pool and bar. This 5 Star resort offered everything we needed to enjoy our last two days in Koh Samui. From the exceptional and luxurious bedroom to the delicious food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The biggest issue experience was only upon check-out which is further elaborated below.

This is the best place we have stayed so far. Please don’t be put off by lack of reviews. We took the gamble and it paid off. The staff are absolutely amazing, the food is fantastic and the location is just perfect. It’s in a very quiet area so don’t expect lots of bars etc. It really is like paradise. Will definitely return.
