Stunning building with seemingly original decorations (ornamental wooden parquet floor, pictures, stucco) and a very large suite. Excellent beds, luxury bathroom (who can do without a chaiselongue and an original chimney :-)?).
There is a vast surrounding park which is beautiful to see (we didn't walk around due to the weather).
Staff are very friendly. We had dinner in the more casual restaurant (Scuderia) with excellent food; breakfast was good standard.
As we stayed for just one night we did not check the Spa facilities.

Villa Baroni is a restored 19th-century farmhouse located just 200 metres from the shores of Lake Varese. It offers Provence-style rooms with free Wi-Fi, along with an outdoor pool.

The location, the view of the lake was wonderful.
The breakfast was perfect, fresh fruits and croissant was excellent. If you want something else like extra cheese, bread...etc, they are also providing them.
The dinner was the best dinner I have ever had around this area. I ate sea food and they were very delicious.
Perfect for Malpensa - pity that there are no facilities...
Perfect for Malpensa - pity that there are no facilities around the lake as we would have loved to have gone for a walk and sat at a bar having an aperativo enjoying the view.
We did however find a bar on Via Guglielmo Marconi ton spend a few hours in.
